Our home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a bedroom on the first floor when you enter to the immediate left with a queen bed & a full bathroom. Upstairs we have a full washer and dryer with two full bedrooms and three other bedrooms. The home is allotted 3 cars per unit. We have one unit in front of our home dedicated to our home and all other cars are to park in unmarked spots. This is according to the community rules. The guests are registered at the front gate guard and are counted through the security team. *Cars will be towed at the owner's expense. All of the names of the guests who will be driving in the community and using the clubhouse facilities will need to register their names with the host. *Message the names of the guests visiting with you at least 24 hours prior to arrival. For the door code, please refer to the check-in instructions. Home entry codes will only be given through the Airbnb app for security purposes. Full tank Propane grills are available for rental $65/7 day flat fee. Please notify your host or call guest services for rental. *We will need a 72-hour notice of rental. Guests have the option of heating the private pool and spa for a daily charge. Pool and spa heat is $25/Day plus tax. The heater works from 8 am to 8pm as the system only will heat for 12 hour max daily. *The request must be sent to the host and confirmed at least 48 hours prior to day heat is needed. For supplies the home has a fully equipped kitchen, linens on all beds, towels for all guests and the following items below; Kitchen 1 roll of paper towel 1 Dishwasher pod 1 Sponge 1 small detergent Bathrooms 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom 1 soap bar in each bathroom 1 shampoo hotel-style per bathroom 1 conditioner hotel-style per bathroom Toilet Seals Laundry 1 Pod or 1 sachet of detergent (sometimes they leave more if they have more quantity) All trash cans with one trash bag each. After these items are used it is up to the guests to provide their own items needed. Discarding all trash or food waste in the refrigerator & around the house in the outside trash in the front hall is required. Garbage should not be left around the home. All of the trash should be in a trash bag with no loose items in the bin. Bags are located underneath the kitchen sink. We encourage our guests to bring and use their own trash bags to avoid extra charges. *There is a $100 fine from the community if the trash is not disposed of properly that you will be responsible for if trash is not properly handled. ***IMPORTANT INFO on package delivery- During your stay you can have food and ride shares sent directly to our door however, you WILL NOT be able to have packages delivered. The community charges $10 a package for accepting deliveries. We recommend using Amazon lockers or ship to nearby stores for a pickup. We apologize for the inconvenience, this is a community policy. Note- We work very hard to keep the home clean and have our home on a strict pest treatment regimen. It's possible during your stay here with us in Florida you might encounter some bugs or insects due to the pure nature of the Florida landscape we are located in. Example: Spiders, roaches, palmetto bugs ,lady bugs, ants, snakes, lizards, and more. Most of these creatures are not harmful besides some species of spider or snakes.
